Secondhand Serenade Fort Lauderdale Concert reviews
Great Show! Venue? Not so much…
The concert was truly enjoyable, with Secondhand Serenade and Earth, Wind and Fire being absolutely AMAZING!! However, the venue's shortcomings were evident. Upon arrival, we sought directions to the fast pass entrance from a parking lot attendant, but he couldn't assist us. It wasn't until we neared the entrance that we spotted a sign for it. More signage would have been beneficial. We had purchased a lawn chair rental, intending to use the area closest to us designated for rentals. Unfortunately, we were informed that our prepaid rental couldn't be processed there, and we had to trek to the other side of the venue. Once again, there was a lack of signage indicating this requirement. Furthermore, upon entering the venue an hour before the show, we were informed that certain concessions like burgers would require a 45-minute wait, potentially causing us to miss the start of the performance. It seems logical that the time we attempted to order should have been when food was ready to go. Although we settled for something else, the experience was quite disappointing.
